We were still in school when I met her — a calm, quiet, and understanding individual.
What I first noticed was that you can do something to Chioma, and you will never hear her telling someone you did this to her. Rather, she will call you calmly and talk to you.
Secondly, she knows how to cook all the dishes, and there’s never a time I tell her I want to eat something and she doesn’t make it for me.
Thirdly, Chioma is respectful and treats everyone the same. I remember the first time she came home and prepared food. She called the gateman and house help to join us at the dining table. Then I just told myself — she’s got all the qualities.
